A. IBPS advertisement clearly prescribles the eligibility in detail. The candidates are requested to kindly refer to the relevant clause mentioned in the advertisement.

A. Sms/Email is triggered and the same is sent to the candidate on the email id and mobile num. registered by them in application from.
Q. Payment debited form the account. Registration confirmation not received.
A. candidate are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application formplease note that if the e-receipt is not generated, online transaction may not have been successful
Q. Forgot Registration Password/ Registration Number.
A. Registration password/registration number have been sent to the mobile number and email id mentioned in the online application form. Candidates are advised to check the same for registration number and password. IBPS do not provide registration number password again.

Complete Step by Step Procedure of IBPS Helpline to Register your Complaints
Register your complaints first you need to visit IBPS official website www.ibps.in when website are oped you will see a link “Candidates Grievance lodging and Redressal Mechanism” click on this link
Click the button you will see a new page of ‘Candidates Grievance Redressal system’. And will be provided 2 options. First is ‘Register new Complaint’ and second is ‘Check Complaint Status’. Click on the ‘Register new complaint’.
You will see ‘Create a Complant Page’ filling up all the fields. First select the Help Topic of your complaint then you provide your information like Name, Email Id and Phone Number
Next fill your application registration number and give a summary of subject of your complaint and describe your complaints
Next enter Captacha Text in the box and click on submit button.
